Its not the delivery of grains to a half awake hungry kid. Its more of a systematic approach to development. It has its own studies in which we all have or look into to specialize. It has consultants who build program , train ppl and design strategies. I don't think just because I person is working in development doesn't mean they have to be poor or get paid crappy. Its professional serivces they are provided and they should be compensated well for that. There are a number of reasons as to why aid has not been effective in africa but that doesn't mean it should be replaced with bond selling BS. how do we make it effective and make sure it reaches the right people in a way that doesn't make them dependent is a question to look into further.
